I am currently in the process of taking down my dead tree. I bought it last Tuesday. I watered it immediately and when I went to water it again a couple of days later, the original water was still there. The needles started falling off the tree almost immediately, now the corner where the tree is, is bug infested. Please go somewhere else for your tree.

These people are nuts. I purchased a fruirt tree at The Woodlands north location on New Years Eve day. There were two signs that stated that the fruit trees were on sale at $29.99. I paid the cashier the $29.99 and then started to load the tree into my car. I was approached by an employee and told that they had charged me the wrong price and that I could not have the tree unless I paid the right price. I explained that the tree was advertised at $29.99 and that I paid my $29.99 and that I now owned the tree. The employee blocked me from my car and said that I was stealing the tree and that he would call the police. I said that was fine with me and that I would be happy to wait for the police and show them my receipt for the purchase. The employee got really upset and stated that I would be banned from ever coming back to HGC and that I was stealing and that the tree still belonged to HGC. While all this was going on a customer in the parking lot wanted some information from the employee and finally gave up and left the parking lot and drove away. Another employee came along that was more friendly and he told me that it was their mistake but that the cashier would be fired and so would the employee that was harassing me if I took the tree. I finally gave up and went with the second employee to the location fo the fruit trees and showed him the signs that clearly stated $29.99 per tree. He said that "signs get moved all the time" and offered an apology but still insisted that the tree was mis-marked. I finally gave up and got my money back and told the first employee that I hoped that he enjoyed the tree because I would never be back again.
