Overall

Alpine installed our fireplace 12 years ago - there were a few minor issues then which were resolved.

The glass on the fireplace developed a smokey haze which I am told is a common problem. I called Alpine to arrange a service call and I was given a time and date.

NO ONE every showed . NO ONE every called to tell us why they did not show up
