Utterly rude. Since they were open for Memorial Day, I took my fianc - an Iraq veteran - with me for a pedicure. The technician was rude and impolite and gave a half done manicure! Horrible experience. He picked out a color (a color that has a specific significance to the battalion that he served with) and he was LAUGHED at. My fianc was a good sport but it was NOT cool. Is this how you treat people that have served our country? Really? AND pay well over 100 dollars for our service in the process? Absolutely ASININE. I will never frequent this place again and I shouldn't have paid for it. I will be contacting management as well. Because they stay busy they seem to feel like they are above the need for customer service. That is absolutely not the case.

I have gone here several times over the last two years and always had a decent experience, but the last time I went the girl that did my pedicure cut my cuticle and it bleed during the entire pedicure and she just tried to keep putting stuff on it so I wouldn't notice and it ended up getting infected. I probably will be looking for a new place to go.

Waste of money

Rude never looked at me. Totally not connected. Talked to her friend the whole time. Pinched with un sharpened tools!!! Only wanted to upsell me. Every nail is a different shape.

I have had my nails done twice here - a gel both times. First trip, the guy was personable, but I developed hangnails after treatment and a sore spot on the side of one nail where he cut the nail too deep and crooked. Second trip - I was waved to a chair and a woman who works there had her feet in the chair! She moved them and then tried to foist me off on someone else so she could get a customer waiting for a full set of acrylics. When that didn't work, she huffed off and returned with foil and cotton. I said I'd already removed the gel. She walked off and another man sat down to do my nails. There was some conversation between he and someone else and a third man sat down and did my nails. He was pleasant although indifferent. In the process of doing my nails he scrubbed the skin past my cuticles with the foam block file, making the skin red and irritated. He then began cutting my cuticles with a tool that didn't look very clean. (more on that in a minute). He did a good job with the color, and then slopped his way through the hand massage as though he couldn't wait for me to leave. The only time he smiled was when he told me how much I owed (Yes, I did tip). I paid and left, not before noticing that the aforementioned woman had her feet in another chair. There were also grubby hand and fingerprints all over the door in addition to dirty streaks. Three days later, I was in the doctor's office with a whopping infection on the side of one of my fingers where the tech gouged me when cutting my cuticles. I'm on antibiotics and have to soak the finger in Epsom salts and peroxide several times a day. A week later and it's finally beginning to clear up, but there is still a good bit of pain. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone and frankly don't see how they stay in business. It's too bad, too because they are right next to Gigi's Cupcakes and could make a boatload of money if they would clean their salon and do quality control on their techs. As it stands, they're awful and I cannot recommend them.

I had a very bad experience, getting a pedicure. I'll have to seek medical advice. The so called tech cut half of my toenail off and after talking to the manager and crying they attempted to put on an acrylic.... But I'm still in pain.

They do decent work but every time you go you will be charged a different price. Also don't fall for the different levels of pedicure. They won't do all that you are supposed to be paying for. Highest option Pedi is supposed to be triple wrapped hot towels. Have had three of them and never been triple wrapped in towels. Looking for new salon.

Have been a few times and had a good experience and they do good 'gel' nails! ;)
