Mike's Auto Body & Repair

I was referred to Mike's Auto Body Repair by Geico so I brought my vehicle to them for repair. I really liked this location because it had an Enterprise location on site so I received my rental car there without any wait or hassle. I was just on my way! The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable about how I should procced further with my car insurance questions. I was also always updated on the repair process my vehicle was going through during the repairs. Overall, I really enjoyed my interaction with Mikes Auto Body Repair and I will probably be bringing them more business in the future - due to the way people drive here in Florida. :)

I have used Mike’s Auto Body & Repair on several occasions, and they have always done outstanding work!

Our 2003 Mustang Convertible was a hit and run. We didn't turn it into the insurance company but decided to pay for it ourselves. Joe and the entire staff were so professional and helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our experience with them and the body repair. Our car looks brand new again! They did the repair in a timely manner (sooner than we expected) and kept us up to date on everything that was going on from start to finish!!! We are very pleased.

Looks like they are missing a few stars, imagine yourself coming out of the supermarket and seeing your vehicle hit in multiple places. And that was the beginning of an unbelievable experience professionalism is putting it mildly. Start to finish a seamless and painless journey. One day after making my claim I was at Mike's for claim evaluation, after that they took custody of the truck and told me it would take about a week and that they will email me with updates. Then I was taken 100 feet away to enterprise car rental where they had a vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish only took less than 30 minutes. And the work that was performed on my vehicle nothing less than phenomenal excellent workmanship. With quality staff providing a great atmosphere.

The staff at Mike’s Auto Body and Repair were professional and courteous when I brought my truck in for repairs after a collision. Joe kept me informed regarding the progress of the repairs. He made an extra effort to obtain parts that couldn’t be located for my truck. He sent me a photo of the replacement item to make sure I was satisfied with it. When my truck repairs were finished, he shared with pride, the skilled work the body shop and paint shop had done. The decals were placed on expertly and completed the finishing touches on my truck. I highly recommend Mike’s Auto Body and Repair.

This is not my first time and will not be my last using Mike’s! From the second you walk in until the the follow-up after all is complete, the professionalism soared! This business is a well oiled Machine. Special thank you out to Tim to take the extra time to explain the status during each step of the process and then taking some extra time to do some non related paint touch-ups. The coordination with the rental car company actually had the car ready before I dropped off the car and returned before taking possession of my car, absolutely no wait times. Car looks better than new!

Had used them before with great results so used them again and they did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Mikes Auto Body & repair and the work performed was excellent. I am very happy with the repairs and the experience that I had through the process. The quality of work & the staff are wonderful. I will definitely be back if I ever find myself in need of body work again!
