Ordered 2 pizzas, 20 wings and a salad on 07/22/2014 online for this location.
Total: $52
Online confirmation stated that it would take approximately 45 minutes.
After exactly one hour, I called the location to ask where my order was.
A female worker answered and told me that the driver already left and hung up on me.
20 minutes after that, I still hadn't received my order.
I called this location again, this time a guy answered. He said he did not know what was going on but would call the driver.
1 hour and 45 minutes later I finally receive a call from the driver stating that he is 5 minutes down the road and asked me to meet me at the side of the road. 1.5 acres away from my house. So much for delivery.
He finally get's their, says something about being trapped at a gated community and it wasn't his fault.
Of course my pizza and wings are ice cold now.
After all of this I called the store again. This time the female answer's again. I asked to speak to a Manager.
I heard her put the phone on the counter and speaking to the manager. I overheard him asking why I wanted to speak to him. The female then proceeded to laugh at the matter and said "F$%# if I know.
I spoke to the Manager, who then apologized for the trouble and offered to comp the order.
He explained to me that since it was an online order he would have to speak to his Manager on how to do so and he would call me back.
10 minutes later he called back and told me that they can not refund my money because of company policy and the best they could do is give me $10 off of my next order.
I of course insisted on a complete refund. He then again called his manager and then called me back asking me to call in the morning to speak to his supervisor.
The next day, the supervisor gave me the same spiel. I warned him that I would take further action if he did not make this right. He didn't care.
So now, almost every 2 days since then I have been contacting their corporate headquarters who have been sending the franchise owner an email, also nearly every 2 days, asking to resolve this matter.
Still not a word from the franchise owner.
Even more frustrating is that they are saying that is all they can do.
This is another prime example of horrific customer service, just like Comcast.
All they want is your money and if you are dissatisfied they laugh at you.
Oh, did I mention 22nd was my Birthday and I had people over?
$10 off my next order? I'm never ordering here again.
