Millie is absolutely the best for the alterations! There were not many days I could get my dress altered and she worked me in to accommodate me. I would recommended her for anything she's the best and is great with people. I rated the store the top ratings because of Millie with her outgoing personality and she will go above and beyond her way to help you.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. From getting the perfect dress with Barbie, to getting all the alterations with Hanaa, it was truly fantastic. Hanaa went out of her way to make sure all my alterations were perfect because I had so many. I highly recommend this store!!

I went in terrified i wouldnt find anything i liked due to my size & wants. I had Ms Marybeth, told her my concerns & budget & she told me not to worry. & boy was she right!! We picked some gowns & i fell in love with the very first one. She was SO helpful, knowledgeable, patient & funny. I left with the dress of my dreams!!

i had an appt yesterday to go in and when we got there i was not helped until 2 hours after when i myself went and started trying one on myself. they were helping others before me that did not have an appt.

i only tried on one dress then left due to the lack of customer service

needless to say they turned my suppose to be fun day into a day were i just wanted to scream

I would highly recommend anyone to visit the David's Bridal in Spring Hill. I have had such a wonderful experience there. I have been there a few times to try on dresses and they always made me feel so special. I had the pleasure dealing with a few different employees there that were great! MaryBeth was phenomenal! Jenna was spectacular and managers Matt and Marlene were outstanding! I have met the seamstress Robin and went over what was going to be done with my dress and she definitely seems to know what she is talking about! Thanks for the most wonderful experience I could have hoped for!

If it would have let me I would not of given any stars!!! The bustle was done at the shop. A wedding dress that cost 1000. When taking the dress out of the bag they put it in and taking bustle down as suggested before the wedding part of a seam is not stitched on netting, the hoops they put in for the bustle are actually tearing the netting, there is a hole where nothing else is in netting. Guess they figured no one would see it until too late!! Do not buy from here find somewhere else!!
