Total Cosmetology Training Center

My granddaughter and I each had fills done to our nails yesterday. I must say, we had the best experience. The instructor was right there the whole time. She is fantastic. There was no waiting for her to check the girls work because she was right there the whole time. I was impressed. The girls were just as great. They weren't afraid to ask if they were doing thing right. Great experience. We will be going back.

I went in for a touch up and left with my hair completely changed from the way it was , specifically instructed the student ( she graduates in a month that's scary ) I had to go to studio one to get it finally done right , if I'm not given a full refund ill be filing a better business burea complaint , completely ridiculous and staff acted surprised that I did not like what she had done !??

All I have to say is this: don't take your pets to this place. Students are unruly, I don't know who is worse, the owner or her students and some of her staff members. I feel sorry for students that are trying real hard.

I have had extension services done to my hair for the past three years; I have gone to other cosmetology schools as well as well-known salons and none have done a better job than the students at Total Cosmetology. I was extremely impressed by how meticulous they were to ensure every strand was perfectly laid and I am very happy with the result, you cannot even tell I have extensions; they are absolutely flawless. I could not be happier with Steve, the student who performed the majority of the service. I have never had any stylist put so much effort into making sure my hair was absolutely perfect. I was also tremendously impressed by how much research and time the instructor, Dana Ware, put into finding me the best quality hair at the best possible price. I would recommend Total Cosmetology to anyone, all the students are very kind, eager to learn, and extremely capable of performing an impeccable job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I, as well as many people I have talked to since, had a NIGHTMARE of an experience at Total Cosmetology. I had been in a few times before and my hair never turned out quite as good as i was hoping, however, knowing that it is done by students and I didn't go in expecting professional results. I've been sent home with wet, unbrushed hair multiple times and I STILL never complained. The last straw however was when I was sent home by the instructor with wet, BLUE (meant to be blonde) highlights. I politely asked to come in to have it fixed and they agreed. The instructor's idea of fixing it was to turn my hair yellow instead. As I am now in tears over my hideous hair color, the "instructor" tells me to "Grow up because I have nothing to be upset about,.. that I am shallow for caring so much about my hair and to just deal with it because nobody cares what I look like anyway." Keep in mine I DO NOT blame the student in the least. The teacher was the one who made the student do what was done and I could tell the girl felt bad. She even offered to fix it outside of the salon for me free of charge. I can tell the people going to school there DO care and want to learn; but the instructors couldn't care less about the satisfaction or feelings of their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
