We recently had an issue with a possible gas leak, which turned into a major project. Avista employees were here from 5pm to 8am searching for the leak then removing the gas from the ground to make it safe. Upon discovering the line was beyond repair, they helped us find a solution which was to run a new line on the other side of the building. Avista employees went above and beyond from long hours finding the problem, to advise in how to remedy it, to helping us find a gas line plumber in the busiest time of the year for plumbers. The also supplied portable gas trailers to keep our business open including having staff on standby to trade out empty trailers even on the weekend. It was a stressful time but Avista employees helped make it smoother and a little less stressful. Bless every one of you!!!
