Yeah the worse ever - they were great for the first 2 runs but they have no idea what heavy starch means - then they handed me back 14 shirts and 11 of them were stained with the same color stain throughout and they marked them as sorry we couldn't remove the stain crap - I mentioned it to them and they said they were on there - which was impossible because they were all the same color and all in about the same spot on the front of the shirts - ruined $400 worth of shirts - then they had my last 3 shirts that I had there for about a month and came back just a total mess - so When I asked what about these filthy collars and she asked - well do u want me to run the.m Thru again - I was like DUH!!! They were just grimy black mess on the collar - then charged me for the extra cleaning that they got all dirty from there machines - you would be better off with washing ur clothes and hiring the neighbors 8 year old to iron them

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. They ripped my coat and didn't clean it very well when I called asking for a 10 dollar refund for the 200 dollar coat they ruined the manager not only refused she was also extremely rude and condescending. They never once apologized for ruining my coat and blamed me for ruining it by taking it to them to clean. This is a horrible place that should not be in business.

Customer service is awful at the Wandermere location. We have used this company for four years. I picked up my dry cleaning and brought it home only to find it's poorly pressed. I then call the store manager who offered to repress them. I drove back down there to have them fix this. She then insulted the quality of my clothes and told me "sorry, we can't make everyone happy" and walked away. Only to drive home to find that she didn't place the pants back in with my stuff when she repressed them. I had to drive up there three times and they still didn't try to fix the issue. The manager was rude and unhelpful.
