        Overall

        A sales person from SCW consulting called my business during peak hours when I had a store full of customers, after telling him I had no interest in their services and hanging up he called back and threatened to post nasty comments about our company all over the internet. This kind of vindictive behavior over a disinterested cold call makes me wonder what kind of customer service they're capable of providing.
