Manager Frank seemed nice untill we had to move out, then we was trying to get every penny he could from us. Pine tress everywhere get sap all over your car forcing you to park on a steep hill or have your car literally coated in sap. Maintenance guys are great, but good luck getting anything replaced because approval has to go through Frank. Waited 2 months to get a 25 year old air conditioner replaced, in the middle of summer, on the third floor, with a 7 month old daughter. Many other options in the area with much more to offer. They advertise luxury apartments and then let a slum lord run everything. No pool, and no gym. School next door with school busses starting and stopping all morning, very annoying when you would like your toddler to sleep past 630 am.
