Regenesis Health Care

I have been waiting over 2 months for a new patient appointment. I am new to Spartanburg and all of my doctors are in Anderson and Greenville and I have preexisting health issues which was explained to this office. After waiting 2 months for an appointment I am only days away and get a call telling me they are pushing my appointment back another 2 MONTHS! I could not believe it. I told the lady surely something could be done and she offered me to see a different doc but that would take just as long so either way it would be another 2 months. The only other option was to drive to another location that was 30 mins away and still wait weeks for an appointment there! Apon speaking with a friend that use to work as a receptionist there, I was informed that they do this to patients all the time. I will never give them my business or trust them with my health after they can't even keep appointments. FYI upper management does not care so complaints so it's a waste of time.
