Immediate Care Center - Eastside

I know the wait at the ER is long, but RUN from this place! Went there on a Sunday evening. Took a fall the night before and by Sunday knee was very swollen and bruised and clearly my kneecap was not in the right place. Extreme pain! Took a few xrays (she was great) A PA came in and told me nothing was broken, which I knew because I could put some weight on the leg. Referred to an ortho specialist, no idea when I'll see him. A young girl came in, tosed my husband a knee brace. Neither of us had a clue how to put it on. Then she came back with crutches that couldn't be adjusted to my height, 5'4. An rx for Tramadol and didn't ask if I needed to be out of work. I'm on my feet all day. Took photos for whoever I see next but anyone can see that my kneecap is not in it's normal place. The useless brace and crutches I tossed in the back of the car. Applying ice and eating Advil by the handful, no idea how I'm supposed to work. The most incompetent facility I have ever encountered. I work in a medical office. If we treated patients in this manner would have to close the doors.
