Sparta Car Wash

Wow. Just came home from Sparta Car Wash and read some of the reviews. I had a similar yet bizarre experience a little while ago. The man brushing the wheels on my truck (may have been the owner now that I read the reviews) came in while I stood watching and said I shouldn't put magnets on my truck as it will eat the paint away (a truck that is over 9 years old mind you and still has lost no paint). He then came back in and said, "Not to mention that it gets on our nerves back here." Then while I was waiting for the other employees (who did a nice job) to dry the car, he began yelling at the woman behind th counter (in front of me and other customers). The employees seemed as if it was a common occurrence. I personally don't give a damn about his nerves. don't like the way he spoke to me and to the woman. I have five vehicles that we get washed and will be going elsewhere in the future, so again he should do the math and see what he's doing to his or his bosses' business. Unbelieveable!

Iv'e Been using the Spara car wash for the past 10years, I try to take very good care, of my cars and didn't mind spending the higher then average price to keep them clean. I had no problem bringing my cars and my wife's car once a week to keep them clean. I brought my brand new Cadillac Escalade to the Sparta Car Wash and their machine ripped off the factory fender vent, I asked the owner about it, and he was adamant it wasn't his problem, and it was my falt for having "plastic on my car" he refused to even have a conversation with me on the subject while waving his hand in the air like a child. When I said I've been coming here for the past 10 years he said " I dont care its not my problem, and I dont care if I lose your business" he was rude and unprofessional, I told him its a math problem $25 a week X 52 weeks X 10 Years = $13,000 in business! Congratulations Sir! You have lost my continued business, and the future business of any one I talk to! My recommendation is you go somewhere that appreciates there customers!

I have to say I am SO DISAPPOINTED ! My husband convinced me to go and I could have done better myself and saved the $! There was still bugs and tar all on the car when I pointed this out they shrugged and said nothing the inside was just as dirty as when I came in and the floor mats were filled with water! I will never be back this is no way to run a business! You may be fast but you are not thorough! From what I have seen on other reviews most share the same feeling! DISAPPOINTING!

I received a wash card for my birthday. It was the greatest gift. I have almost finished using it :( I look forward to going there again for the free starbucks coffee and excellent service and pricing.
