Would never buy a lift or anything from this guy. The owner is a horrible sales man. I called asking about a lift and got his voice mail, alright so they were closed then I recieve a call from a random number(his cell) asking me what he could do for me and then when I told him a was looking to buy a lift proceeded to tell me to call back during normal business hour. Alright no problem there. Then he calls back again 20 minutes later saying that he could now help me.So I tell him what I was looking for and he said he is going to check it out and call me back. He had to call me back three different times to get what I needed right when it should have been done the first time. That wasn't what really bothered me. What bothered me was when I asked him a question about something that the lift was or wasn't capable of he aswered the question and I said oh great I'm glad we got that cleared up and I chuckled( like a hahaha) and he started to almost scream at me like why are you laughing this a serious matter. (No it wasn't it was a question that had an answer of yes or no.) Then he goes Ya know what I don't want to deal with this I'm just gonna hang up. I was aggh okay then. See Ya! That is no way to deal with a potential customer interested in buying a $5000 boat lift. I happily took my business 2 hours away to the next closest Hewitt dealer in PA where the sales man was delighted to deal with me and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Maybe if this guy one day somehow becomes successful he will learn how to laugh a little a enjoy life. Would never recommend this guy to anyone. Horrible, horrible service, who says they are going to hang up on their costumer?
