Family Pharmacy

Recently moved to sparta. I have used family pharmacy for years and would like to continue... BUT... the pharmacist in Sparta are very rude. Every interaction I have had with them has been very intrusive. They not only have questioned why I needed to take my medications but also why my physician would have prescribed me a certain medicine and quantity. These are things that are not their business nor their area of expertise. Why I have to take medication is between my doctor and I. There have also been times that with out even doing any checking they told my husband that our insurance was no good! And it sure as heck is good. It's a major insurance company and current. Then they actually ran the insurance and sure enough it's good to go. We have 3 very young children and getting their medicine when they are sick or my own medicine should not be this difficult each and every month. I have no idea what other ppls interactions have been with them but so far I'm ready to change pharmacies. When my prescription run out of refills is when you send a fax to the doctors office not make me feel like an idiot for calling. Need to step up the customer care and remember your in the business of helping ppl.
