After a very strong snow storm I noticed the cover to a solar light had blown off and snow had fallen thru the open cylnider and there was some water damage to the ceiling. I called GEM construction and informed Gary of my situation and he was on a job site but said he would make it over that day and take a look at the problem. Later that day he arrived and climbed on the rood that has a 12/12 pitch (very steep) and assessed the situation, cover the opening and said he would return the following day. During that day I found the blown off cover (no damage) buried in ten inches of snow. The following day Gary returned and replaced the cover. Ten months later I am writing this review and to this date have not had an issue with the solar cover. Two weeks after his repair I received a bill in the mail and was very happy with the amount I was charged. Job well done!
