Earlier this month, our garden hose which I had bought two years ago, suddenly burst. I thought I should call the manufacturer (SWAN Products) and complain. My complaint is based on the understanding that the hose is still under warranty. however, I had no receipt.

When I called their Customer Service Dept. All what they required was to send them a picture of the cut offs of two ends of the hose. On 9/3/15 I sent it by email. Today UPS delivered a brand new hose completely free. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

I commend this company and their prompt and courteous action. They are an example to follow by the the industry. I AM ALL FOR SWAN.
