        brought a printer online 11/27/2014 and was stated to arrive the 11/29/2014 went to the store no printer .Received a email stating that their sent me a tracking # when they get the #.Look on line and the stated arrival date will be 12/13/2014 .They sold something they were out of stock.

        Geek Squad & cell phones

        The geeks now handle the insurance part of the cell phone dept. and man are they @$$ holes. The loaner phones are not anywhere near new, but they claim they are. So when you go to give it back and get your real phone, they try to keep the $50 dollar refundable deposit due to damage! Be sure to note all of the scratches and dings. I USED to shop at this store a lot, not anymore. If at all, it will be the one at Scheels.

        I called to get a price on two...

        I called to get a price on two items and was told $31. plus tax. So I went there to buy what I need (I live 13 miles away) I went to the car audio department and had to look for someone to help me, after about 5 min I finally found someone coming out of the warehouse. He got me the items I needed and so I went to the teller and then it was $50..........

        Dont Go Here!!!!!

        I do do a lot of shopping around and it's as simple as this. I want to shop in a place where I feel like my business is WANTED. When I went into the Best Buy in Sparks, I felt as though the employees were annoyed by having to help me. First of all, no one was there to greet me in the camera dept. I had to seek help out. The salesman was rude and knew NOTHING about the product and I left the store even more confused than ever before. Then to top it all off as I was walking out the door, one of the supervisors asked if I had found everything all right. I told him no and that I was very upset with the way the salesman handled me. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that I hadn't been "clear enough" and I should have known what I was looking for before coming in the store!!! Isn't that the stores job? To help me figure out what product would be best for me?? To make a long story short I left fuming, went to Circuit City, bought the camera and there is no way I will ever go back to Best Buy! I will go to the Circuit City store on the other side of the shopping center where I feel my business is welcomed and appreciated (and they had better prices too!)
