Great American Donut Inc

asked clerk to add $15.00 to my card. She misunderstood and added $50.00.
Asked her to void this amount and she did not know what to do. There was no manager or assistant on and she took my info to call me back. Noone ever called me. My checking a/c became overdrawn and I was immediately charged a fee of $32.50. I went back to DD that afternoon and still no resolution.
I got in touch with the manager that nite and was told she would have to wait for the next day to resolve. The whole experience was not good. I know there is a misunderstanding at times but should have been resolved immediately.
There is more to this story but too long to explain.
So I finally got a refund for the $50.00 charge but having an issue about my overdraft charge. Not too happy
