Shot Makers Sports Bar & Grill

I'm was a group of people's designated driver on Saturday night 2/28/2009. When I asked for a cup if coffee because I was the designated driver I received a cold response. After the second cup, I asked for another the waitress said she would be right back with it. After 45 minutes I asked her again, again she replied she would be right back with it. An hour after that i asked again, this time I was told the bar was out of coffee. This wouln't have been upsetting to me IF I wasn't treated and told the same story a couple of months before that in this bar. I was than very upset at this. The waitress eagerly offered to get me a drink instead. DUH! Does anyone in this bar know what a designated
driver is? As I was told by someone that heard the owner say, I'm not making anymore coffee, there's ONLY 2 people drinking it. I felt like being the designated driver was a bad thing. As I looked around the bar, people that where having a hard time walking and sitting down on a bar stool, were happily servered more beer, but I was cut-off from coffee.
To the owner of Shotmakers bar, I would have gladly paid for my coffee just as the beer drinkers. But you cut me off. I do intent to inform MADD of your practices, that appear to promote drunk driving.

I love this bar. I have always had a great time coming here. They make your drinks strong and tasty. You get your money's worth. As for the designated driver review, I've asked for coffee and water PLENTY of times and they have always been happy to oblige. The ladies memorize your orders if you go there a few times.
