Bondy's Lighting & Fans

I purchased antique sconces on Ebay. Bondy's rewired them for me and they work perfectly!!! They were professional, kind and I will go back in the future for lightning needs.

Excellent lighting options to choose from. I went to a couple large box stores and found that I had a very limited selection so I tried out Bondy's. Definitely recommend, I found the exact lights I was looking for.

Good people, I know they were pushing though the grind and it really looks like things are turning around for this place, I came in a picked up a fan about a week ago and noticed more workers and even friendlier attitudes with helping everyone. Great Place so glad you pushed on through the hard times.

Great store, great people. My wife and I came into buy some Fans for our new addition sun room and ended up making some great friends. Very friendly people who know their way around lighting, I believe he said something about over 30 years in business. Great Place

I see a lot of these reviews are much older as I have been there recently and received amazing service, they even spent an hour with me to simply just get lights for 2 rooms (I have a hard time making up my mind). Don't like what you see there, they have hundreds and hundreds of books of lighting companies to choose from that are not offered anywhere else. I loved it, my crystal chandelier above my kitchen table I get lots of compliments. If personable service is negative for anyone here you must have talked to the wrong person because I met basically all the personal & were nicest people I have met. Thank you Bondy's! Will recommend!

Very Rude, never been treated that bad by a business. I was going to bye a light and the owner said he would have to take it down, I said OK. He came back with a box and when I asked about hardware and directions he said "I don't know if I have any. I told the man it felt like I was buying something second hand and he said " I don't even want to take this down for you but this is what i have take it or get out". He never offered to order it for me until I was leaving but after getting yelled at like that I just left.

Great customer service! I came in looking for lighting and fans for my house and was a little skeptical about the prices. The salesman was extremely helpful in making a selection and cut me a great deal. Although still a little pricier than most places, the quality of the fixtures and fans are phenominal. I couldn't be happier and would recommend anyone to Bondy's!

I recently purchased a home that required total remodeling. I was recommended by a sales associate at a larger home center to go to Bondy's for a wider variety of product. I took their advice, and ended up purchasing an entire homes worth of items. All of their lights and fans have proved themselves worthy. The cost was higher than the home centers, but the quality is much better. My fans are all quiet with no vibrations, and my fixtures look BEAUTIFUL according to my wife. Thank you very much Bondy's! You have made my moving experience enjoyable.

I am low-income, and handicapped. The staff was very accomodating and flexible. They took care of all my questions and needs in a very professional way.



The fan installation took about 30 minutes, and was excellent. I have had not one ounce of trouble with the fan since installation.



Excellent sales, service and smiles. I certainly will be returning to Bondy's for all my lighting and fan needs in the future. I will also be telling all my friends about their excellent sales, service and well-informed all staffers are at Bondy's. You should check it out for yourself.

lucky that they are basically the only lighting store downriver anymore. ordered a light, waited a month, they never called. i called and they said it just came in and was wrong one. had to send it back and order new one. no one called me waited four more weeks, I called them, they said it would be another week or two. I demanded my money back. They cant UPS a small lighting fixture?!?! who the heck take 4 weeks to ship anything anymore??? Said it was "ALL THE WAY IN SEATTLE!!"

This store is overpriced, but sells nice merchandise. The biggest problem, while they will assure you that the merchandise can be returned for any reason, they will not honor their return policy if you open the merchandise. We bought an expensive fan from this store, but we were not sure if it would match our home properly. The salesman assured us we would be able to return the fan for any reason. We opened the box and held parts of the fan up in our home to see how they would look in our living room. Unfortunately, it did not look as nice as we hoped, so we took the fan back. They refused to return the fan because the packaging was opened. They had my wife in tears over the issue. The salesman was rude and had very shady business tactics. The scariest thing is, he seemed like a very trustworthy man. I would never recommend buying anything from this store, period.
