My rating is ZERO. I could have made the arrangement that I ordered through FTD.com myself BLINDFOLDED AND DRUNK and it would have looked better. I also ordered chocolates that WERE NOT delivered. THE WORST ATTEMPT AT FLORAL ARRANGING IN THE HISTORY OF FLORISTS...BAR NONE. I have serious suspicions that a blind person made it.

Seriously? My Husband also ordered thru FTD online Spent $70 on and arrangement. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... Buyer beware. Looks like something my kid picked up at the gas station,Drop and kicked it all the way home, Not even close to the picture. What a disappointment If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would... To top it off VERY RUDE people

Worse than gas station flowers

My husband sent me flowers thru the FTD website and they came via Coden's Flowers. I have never seen such a cheap and poorly put together bouquet. It cost him 59.99 plus 15.99 shipping and the flowers looked half dead and were just thrown into an ugly vase with a smashed ribbon. I am trying to concentrate on the fact my husband took the time and money to send me flowers but I can't when he was RIPPED OFF! Don't use this florist, their work is just plain sad.

Right on time...

I have dealt with this florist for many years. Flowers have always been delivered on time. I've even had short notice deliveries on time. The flowers have always been beautiful and fresh. I hope they will keep up the good work.

Nightmare

What started out as a great experience using yelowpages.com and Coden's website quickly turned into a disaster.



The day of the delivery " Valentines Day " went quickly and at about 3pm I realized my wife had not called to thank me for the flowers I sent. I called her office to see if the delivery was made, but it had not shown up yet. No problem, the day was not over. Some time had passed with no delivery so I called the store. The voicemail said all lines are busy please call back, do not leave a message they are not being checked. I called a few more times over the next hour and never got through. At this point I decided to just swing by the store on my way home because it was after 5pm and her office was closed. The florist is located in a highrise in Southfield with no access after 5pm. So much for just bringing the flowers home with me. Still no answer on the phone. I got home and explained what happened to my wife and she called her office vm. There was a message left @ 5:15 saying they had a delivery for her but since she was not in to call back and set up a delivery time for another day. Another day! When, next Valentines Day. That is like saying we can't delivery your wedding flowers the day of your wedding but catch up with us later.



I wish the story was over there but it only gets worse. I called one more time before me wife and I left for dinner. Hoping to still salvage the situation. Maybe even being proactive and seeing if the delivery can be sent to my house. It was of course 6:30. To my amazement someone answered the phone but cared less about the fact they did not deliver the flowers and ignored the phones for alomst four hours. He said he would look into it and call me right back. That never happeded. An hour later I called back, being very polite the whole time. I spoke with a lday this time who actually cared less that the first person I spoke with. She said she would get back to me. By now it is 9pm with no return call. I give them one last shot. The man answered and the only thing he could come up with is I can deliver them tomorrow or give you a refund. Great idea, or how about make up for a miserable experience and do both. Sorry, that would be asking to much. To end the story I asked for an email conformation that the charges had been reversed and he responded that I should check with my bank for that info. Wow what a bad experience - stay away from this place.
