Scam!! Scam!! Scam!! This business is nothing but a scam!!! They have a separate department that supposed to handle refunds and I was not refunded!!! They are not professional. This place is a absolute scam!! This business needs shut down!

The staff was helpful and polite, a little impersonal but I didn't go looking for a friend, I came for a service. Keep in mind that I was looking for affordable housing, and my personalized list contained many acceptable, to me, homes. Seems that I am the only one happy with them, though. My list received about a dozen new houses during my 1 month subscription. I came on a recommendation and will recommend their services to my friends and family. The staff was genuinely happy that we found a spot and wished us well. By the way, of all these unhappy people, did any one of them READ before signing?

This place is a JOKE scammers to the max. The list given to me per paid membership was of 95% spoken for yet they keep posting the same ads on craigslist acting as if they are vacant and available. Stay clear and save your time and MONEY

I wish I had run across the other reviews here before I went to this place. The only properties on their listings are the dumps no one can rent. Don't waste your time or money. This "service" is a scam and they need to be shut down.

I'm with everyone else. I signed up and looked at only 1 place. The others i never got calls back on. The business needs to be shut down and the BBB needs to take away the accreditation. I signed up and used it 1 day.The refund letter said I had to use it 22 days minimum during a given month in order to get a refund. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT. I have a life, one that doesn't need to be spent in that nasty shady office looking through ancient tomes of paper filled with addresses and phone numbers.

This is a terrible business. I should have went with my gut feeling. I feel like my credit card info was probably taken.
