1 star but should negative 5 star

Placed a order at 6:52 pm and told 20 minutes for 3 catfish fillets a an order of fries, arrived at 7:13pm to discover no such order exist. The person who took my order forgot to put the order in even though the place was fairly empty so the solution was let me cook your order now, no apology no lets correct this.......no thanks I'm not waiting more time nor am I returning either.
