        this service is totally nonresponsive. after almost two years, they have provided no info as to case status or to what they have done in regards to my case.

        I am sorry that you feel we are not responsive. Our company returns phone calls and communicates with our claimants, going two years without a hearing is quite a burden. Sadly in the state of Michigan it currently takes 23-27 months to get a hearing.
