        Excellent service

        I had a 4-disk array that failed containing many work and personal files. They were able to reconstruct the bad drive and rebuild the array. Fortunately 99% of my data was intact. It wasn't cheap, but fair, as RAID arrays are complex to rebuild. They also were able to do it quickly. Hopefully I'll never have to use their services again, but I'd definitely recommend them to others.
