Chatfield True Value Hardware

I've had the opportunity to make several major purchases of outdoor tools at Chatfields. I've found the staff to be knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. There was a good variety of tools to choose from. There was the professional grade to the home owners grade. I found the prices close to or nearly the same as those at the big box stores. I've also needed to have my snowblower serviced. The repairs were done quickly and were reasonably priced. In the hardware store, they have it all. Great friendly service. I have no problems sending family and friends to, Chatfields. By the way, I had Chatfields set up an inflated bounce house for my granddaughters birthday party. Professional setup and takedown. On time and at a reasonable cost.

Revising my post due to very good customer service. The Rental Center and the Hardware sections are eager to help customers get what they need to do the job!

Ordered parts and told they would be in within about 5 days. Waited nearly 3 weeks, no updates & told they were backordered. Asked to speak with manager, but the manager had no interest in helping me and walked away. Poor attitude, poor customer service. Have dealt with them for many, many years but no more.
