Associated Physicians

I just need a physical in order to get a job that I applied for. I told the receptionist what I needed, "I just moved here. A job I applied for requires a physical, obviously I don't have insurance." She said, "Are you a patient here?" ...How could I be based on the info that I just gave you? I told her, "No." She asked if I have insurance... I just told you that I do not. "Well, you'd have to be a patient and we don't accept people without insurance." I just hung up. Obviously, they don't listen. When I do have insurance, I would not go here. And, as a DOCTOR how do you refuse help for people trying to get a JOB in this economy?!?!
