He did a great job fixing up a leaky shower. Created an access panel to make it easier to tweak in the future, and replaced the whole internal dealie (my term, not his) that controls the flow of water to the shower head, and was very reasonable about the pricing.

He was extremely rude to my father and I. He then proceeded to charge us a rediculous amount of money for something small that took him 5 minutes to do. Don't ever hire this guy to do ANY work on your house. I will NEVER have him come back and work on my house, and I will make sure all my friends and family don't make the same mistake.
