Family Health Center

The front desk receptionist is hellishly rude. She's an abusive bully. She has hung up on me twice. She claimed I asked too many questions. I complained to Dr. Sullivan who apologized profusely for her behavior, so I went back. This time Vanessa pointed at a seat and snapped "sit" like she was giving an order to a dog. She was on the phone, so I didn't know if she was speaking to me. When I asked if she knew I was here, she said I was harrassing her and that she'd call the police. She was retaliating because I had complained about her rudeness. Vanessa has a classic abuser personality, rather than acknowledge me, she wanted to intimidate. I was actually looking forward to my visit; but I left. I'm in pain and I've wasted an enormous amount of time on this place. After numerous horrible episodes, I'll now find another dentist. Save yourself the pain, time and hassle of being talked down to and disparaged, it's not worth trying to get past the receptionist from hell.
