Have been going to Cormier Jewelers in Southbridge for many years......knowledgeable, and most important, trustworthy. My husband and I were in yesterdayfor some repair work, selling a few gold pieces, and we had MANY questions that Rob was able to answer and give us all the time needed without feeling rushed in the least. He was so very patient, an enjoyable visit. Thanks Rob!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesCormier Jewelers may be listed as doing watch repair, but it seems that they cannot even change a watch battery without breaking a watch. I brought my Pulsar PF3183 watch in for a new battery, and upon getting it back the chronograph functions no longer work properly. To make matters worse, they insist that they could not have done any damage since all they did was change the battery. Since this watch always worked properly before they changed the battery, it seems pretty clear that they are responsible for the damage. Stay away from them at all costs!

My fiance ordered my engagement ring from them, with the appropriate size. When it came in, it was 2 sizes too small. We brought it back in, and it was shoddily resized and very frail. After a phone call, and another trip in to leave the ring, it was finally resized correctly. Due to my experiences, I would not shop there again. It's a shame - I would love to support a local business, but my experience with them has left a bad taste in my mouth.
