On 05/07/2018 I took in my own item in to get embroidered, they said they could do it and that it would be ready Thursday 05/10/2018. I went in on 05/10/2018. I was told that it was not ready but it would be ready later 05/10/2108 or first thing 05/11/2018. I showed up at 4:30 05/11/2018 and was told it would be done by 6pm. I went back at 6pm and was told it was not ready and she did not tell me when it would be ready. Horrible attitude and customer service. After asking for just my bag back and a refund I was told no and that they would be returning my back whenever they felt like it. Finally I got my bag, late that evening after the owner called and was yelling and very condescending towards me. I got the bag and it was horrible. The embroidery wasn’t straight. They tore out the inside of my bag without informing me once of any complications. Please do not do service with the company.
