        Owner did a horrible job on tint and when I asked for it to be removed not even 24 hours later he got an attitude and told me I would have to pay for it to be removed

        Terrible service the owner put on my tint so badly. I have bubbles on each of my windows. He informed me that he would remove and give me a full refund. After giving me the run around. He tells me that his father said not to give me a refund just redo the tint. Never again........

        My fiance and I brought our truck to get the windows tinted...and let me just say...we have brought it back 4 times...and it still looks terrible!!! The windows are full of air bubbles and dirt!! I wouldnt be so upset had they really stood behind their "satisfaction guarentee" or "lifetime warrenty"...but everytime we have brought it back...we have been very nice...and they have been completely rude!! From the lady behind the front desk..to the "owner"...they have NO customer service...and got upset that we expected them to fix the terrible job they did....4 TIMES!!!! I can see making a mistake...but 4....and to get mad at your customer because your work looks like junk??? RUDE.....RUDE....RUDE...and cannot tint at all!!! $160 down the drain....simply because I dont want to deal with those rude people again...I would not recommend them at all!!!
