I fully agree with the previous owner. How they remain in business remains to be seen. Wonder what happened here, perhaps a change of hands? What was once a go-to professional, local business has really gone down the tubes. They treat customers roughly, make promises they don't keep. Flat-out lying seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Sad, but I highly recommend doing a cursory search or asking anyone in town for another recommendation: their bad business practices are well-known in Southampton in the last few years.
