We only stayed one night but were surprisingly impressed by this motel's tranquil atmosphere and clean yet simple accommodations and beautiful flowers and well tended by always on the move owner Deborah lawn with sitting arrangements in the shade.
We will definitely come back.
The only negative was the pool was not ready for the season, but we got a little discount offered by the owner at check in.
The Pine Knot Motel is a quiet,clean,respectful place. The owner and soul operator Deborah is constantly on the move. The grounds are exquisite, flowers cover 90% of the property. She does not allow pets so you don't have to worry about walking into a room and having your eyes puff out on the 1st day of vacation. However,if you like pets,she has a 20lb turkish angora cat named micky that patrols property. The majority of the clientel are between 40 and 80 so the partying has stopped and you can just sit and relax in the quiet. Deborah has a 40ft pool that goes to 9 ft deep and is usually warm. All the rooms have cable,ac and phone. the rooms range from 1dbl-queen. If your the type of vacationer that likes to cook,The Pine Knot Motel is perfect. There are 3 efficiancy units with kitchens.You'd have to call Deborah for details on the specifics, the 3 rooms are completely differant from eachother.Dont wait too long to call though,the season is almost over and the cape is absolutly gorgeous this time of year

Provided by SuperpagesMy husband and I on a whim decided to go on vacation to the Cape. It was spur of the moment so we didn't make reservations. We saw the prettiest little motel and had to pull in. The owner was soo nice, (hard working too) she gave us a room for a couple nights and it was only 80 dollars / night. The room was immaculate, Great service daily too .I had no complaints. We were lucky enough to get the last room and have the pool to ourselves for at least 3 hours. No more spur of the moment trips for us we now plan on reserving at the pine knot motel every year now.. I highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for a nice clean quiet place to enjoy there vacation
