I brought my car here on Monday March 5th for some body work to be done. I was told my car would done Friday March 9th. It is now Tuesday March 13th I still do not have my car, and now the excuse for it not being done is today’s snow storm. Apparently the owner of this shop doesn’t pay attention to the weather and “didn’t know the storm was coming”. Which is ridiculous because it should have been done 4 days prior to the storm even came... Long story short I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service unless you have time to be wasted.

Went in for unexpected tire repair, was treated fairly and quickly. Great place to have a car repaired. Friendly and straight forward.

I recently visited preferred to have my front and rear breaks done and get an inspection sticker. Customer service was excellent and everything was ready on time! I will defintiley be returning in the future.

STAY AWAY! Went in for an inspection sticker. Kid couldn't read my OBD port inside the car, so needed to plug in through the engine bay. He wound up resetting my whole computer and setting my check engine light off. The owner had no reasonable explanation as to why this would happen, and the kid just stood there with a dopey look on his face. When I demanded an explanation, the owner brought me out back and asked me "What's your problem?" Well, sir, in case you didn't notice, I came in here without a check engine light on and now its on- that's my problem! He then tells me "well sometimes things break" and told me to wait in the garage while he went to handle the other customers in the waiting area. Really?! You're going to try and pull a power trip? What a joke of a shop, not only are they incompetent with even a simple inspection sticker- but they are also incredibly rude and will try and kidnap you if you argue. I went to Autozone and they had no problem connecting to the OBD port inside the car and basically they said "it looks like someone fried your computer, because everyone is throwing weird codes" after a drive cycle the computer reset and the check engine light went off, but now I still have to go get this REJECTION sticker taken care of. Waste of my time and energy! STAY AWAY!
