Bedroom Express

Went here for a mattress and ended up getting more furniture for my house at a huge savings.



I saw their ad in the Chronicle. Checked them out on the web and then paid the store a visit on my weekend to get this done.



I get to the store and it is open and clean. Bonus, if you have been shopping for furniture or mattresses you know there are some dodgy stores out there. First thing to impress me was the staff was really nice. No used car types with coffee and cig breath in your face making you take a deal or no deal right here and right now. They were pleasant and directed me to different mattresses in the store. Another thing, they have partitions so you don't feel like you are being gawked at. Anyway, I find a set that works for me but wasn't sure how I'd like it in a few weeks, then the sales gal tells me they have a 100 night change the mattress deal. That clinched the deal for me on the mattress. As I get to the counter to make my purchase I find a sofa sectional that will fit my place perfectly. Yes, 2 birds with one stone. Another sales gal helped me pick out tables and lamps to go with it. They really have a nice selection that wasn't a carbon copy of every other store I went to.



I asked for a Saturday delivery, NO PROBLEM was the response. And it really was NO PROBLEM. They called me 30 minutes before the delivery so I could meet them. Beats staying home waiting and getting PO'd. The guys were nice. They were organized and got my delivery done in about 25 minutes, which I must admit was about 30 minutes quicker than I expected them to be. They also took away the old bed and sofa, which was a relief.



Overall, I'd rate Bedroom Express with 5 stars.
