Victor's Tires

Terrible Service. I went in for an alignment and they told me I needed to replace the tie rod end. I was told it would be 2 hrs for both the alignment and tie rod end. I went in about 2.5 hrs later and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The bad part is they never did the alignment. I had to take it back the next week because the car was shaking worse than before I took it in. They did not apologize or explain why they didn't do the alignment in the first place. I will never go there again.
