        When ever there is a substitue mail carrier, he/she always puts the wrong mail in our mail box. They have broken our mail box several times. We have made several complaints and nothing has been done about it. Our address is 135-01 Liberty Avenue, Richmond Hill, NY 11419...it is business(Tex & Deb Tux & Bridal Wear) name and address is clearly written on the envelopes and the carriers still delivers other people's mail to us and ours to a different part of the building. I would appreciate it if you could correct this problem immediately. Mails are very important and has to be delivered in a timely manner and to the correct address.
