Our office provides general gynecological care for women of all ages. Some of the conditions and treatments we provide are: Routine Exams (including pap smears), Colposcopy, Endometrial Biopsy, Gynecologic Surgery, Birth Control, Treatment for STD's, Pregnancy and much more..... In addition to general gynecology, Dr. Azar also sub-specializes in urogynecology. She can diagnose and treat many urologic disorders including: Incontinence, Prolapse, Emptying Disorders, Pelvic Pain, Overactive Bladder. Dr. Pate offers a specialized range of surgical care including laparoscopic procedures and general surgery for services such as Breast Disease, Breast Surgery, Diverticulitis and Diverticulosis, Lumpectomy, Sentinel Lymph Node Procedure, Upper and Lower Scopes and Hernia Repair. Our Weight Loss for Life Program is a supervised, patient-empowered approach for the treatment of patients who are overweight or obese. Our program treats the whole person by combining the principles of nutrition, exercise physiology, pharmocotherapy (ethical medications), and behavior modification; all in a caring medical and compassionate setting. While being beautiful starts on the inside, let's face it - we all want to look beautiful on the outside too! We offer the following aesthetic services to help you achieve the look you desire.
