Mission Street Yoga

I was never really into yoga before - I thought it was kind of boring and too easy - and then a series of events led me to try a couple of classes at Mission Street Yoga.



After these first few classes, I was hooked. Not only are the classes physically challenging - you sweat, your muscles shake, you work until you think you can't go on - but they also develop you psychologically, giving you extra strength to deal with challenges in every day life and / or challenges you face in other sports. Most importantly, the style of yoga they teach at Mission Street (Anusara) is all about making yoga fun while expanding your abilities.



The teachers and students at Mission Street and in the Anusara Yoga community as a whole are welcoming, fun, friendly people. Going to Mission Street now feels a little like coming home.
