Library School Apartments

The apartments themselves are nice. But the landlord is hands down the worst person to deal with. I have had to have multiple other residents sleep on my couch because he wont answer a phone call, ever. Even if youre locked out You never get to talk to him when you do have an issue. Its always his incompetant wife or secretary. After moving out, they made another resident pay for an additional month because it would be vacant however 2 weeks later another couple moved in and they still continue to lie. I recently got bed bugs and i have talked to other residents who think they have them too. I contacted the health dept and they said it was the landlords job to take care of it. We told them that and they still have not. I am moving out asap.
