Laske is currently being investigated for malpractice,identity theft,and insurance fraud by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners,The Texas Board of Nursing,,The South Padre Island Police Department and the FBI. He permanently disabled me.

I had the most unprofessional treatment at this office. My husband and I went in for treatment as new patients as well as new to this area and were so disappointed and horrified by the way we were treated at this facility by his associate/partner. This woman Shelley Sembler was not only unprofessional, but rude, and then she got totally hostile with me for not wanting to be treated by her. She had started my husbands exam and left in the middle of it to treat another patient that was a "friend or proffered patient"' I guess. I take my health care very seriously. Especially when it comes to my CNS, back, neck and spine. Half an hour later when through with the patient of who's appointment was an hour after ours I simply said I prefer not to be treated here after she had come back to finish my husbands exam and treatment. I did not feel comfortable being treated there. First she apologized profusely, which I accepted graciously. I did not feel the need to explain, however she was adamant to know my reasons. I requested my paper work back with the copies which were denied. I had filled out our paperwork and made the copies of our Drivers License and insurance cards myself the day before and were all prepared when we walked in as I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years myself. She blamed Dr. Laske, and then she blamed a scheduling problem, which is unacceptable to me having done this myself for a PHYSICIAN. If you can't run an office properly, I do not expect you to be able to treat my condition properly. My experience was fighting and I fear for anyone of age or in frail condition!
