Extremely Unprofessional.



I called to see about pricing for my cabin on Fallen Leaf Lake. People are supposed to clean the place before they leav, and the cabin is tiny ta boot. So it really would mostly have just been about showing up to check and make sure the place had been cleaned, and maybe doing a few incidental cleaning and reordering, in preparation for the next people coming in.



We negotiated a price, and I said I would call back if I decided to go with them. Five weeks later, I called back to confirm pricing and to arrange a date to meet. I had to drive up from the Bay Area to meet, so it had to be a day that would work for both of us. We set a date to meet and I thought things were set.



I drove to Tahoe but Susan (the owner), never showed up. I called her several times and wasted an entire day waiting for her to arrive. At the end of the day, I got a text from Susan, saying she did not feel the dollar amount was enough, and so she was "out.".



At any point, she could have let me know the dollar amount was not enough. She could also have let me know she was not going to meet with me. she did neither., She completely wasted my time and money, and put me in a difficult position of having to rush to try and find someone else.



Susan Torres is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone.
