Pack Rat

Hired them to remove insulation from my attic. They showed up on time. Supposed to be 4 men for 8 hours. Got 2 men. They worked their a$$es off, but did not have the special vacuum which would've made things easier. In the end, they delivered 2/3 of the estimated man hours but raised the unit price so labor costs were lower by only 18%. The job was only about 90% complete.
