Connies Clothesline Thrift Store

I bought a sweater yesterday--a little stick on tag said $13--I took it over to Connie and she looked at label and said $14--and the little stick on tag was now missing. When I paid for sweater it came out to $17.28--she said the extra $3.28 was "tax"--when I got home and looked at label in better light, the $14 had been crossed out and had been replaced by $12, so essentially (I didn't have my glasses on or I would seen it iin the store) I paid $5.28 more for a used sweater. I feel so taken advantage of and cheated. I won't go in there again.
