        I LOVE Dr. Schening and her st...

        I LOVE Dr. Schening and her staff! Her office staff is kind and considerate. Dr. Schening spends lots of time with me and answers all my questions (and I have a lot!) She is a very knowledgable doctor, caring and comapssionate. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know!!!

        AWFUL

        The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER seen in my life. If you are interested in this Dr. and have an hmo PLEASE save yourself the trouble because as soon as you mention it you will be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I called to reschedule a missed appointment and was told I was NOT WELCOME AT THAT OFFICE. The service rep hung up on me three times and when I finally got some one else and asked to speak with a manager I was told that he was not interested in speaking with me because I wasn't welcome there anyway............. Very uncaring and uninterested in their patients.
