        Overall

        very unprofessional. alex(worker) didn't want to keep my business. lino(owner) hasn't called back and the bike they sold me 20 days ago keeps falling apart. they gave me a 30 day warranty but alex was charging me to fix a loose seat post. took it somewhere else and got it fixed for $5.00.
