Leaps and Bounds

Poor Communication. No one talks to you about your child. They are unreliable. They forgot they are running a service. Leaps and Bounds make parents feel like they are doing you a favor. They forgot they are getting paid as providers. Dirty and rude.

Do Not bring your children to any of Leaps and Bounds day cares. They are horribly untrained, uneducated, terrible communicators, and DO NOT have children's well beings as priority. My son was treated with such negligence and my husband and I were ignored when we confronted them about our concerns. Very poor way to run any business, and certainly not a good place for your loved ones to spend time.
